When buying an item from us, you can make an exchange or return

• Exchange or return of goods is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase of the goods
• Exchange or return of goods is made if it has not been used, if its marketable condition is preserved, the goods have not been washed, have no stains, odors, damage, tags and labels are preserved
• Sending the goods in case of exchange and return is at the expense of the buyer
  When sending the goods, please do not select the payment method of cash on delivery, parcels sent in this way will be returned to the sender
• Refunds are made to a bank card, the commission for sending money is at the expense of the buyer
  When returning, the money is returned within 1 business day, after our manager checks the item upon receipt

  If you refused the package with cash on delivery, when you re-order, we send the goods only with 100% payment

Please refer to our sizing chart for proper sizing. It is fixed next to each product separately. The size chart for each item may vary slightly. Our size chart corresponds to European ones, therefore, as a rule, we recommend taking the size that you wear in life. 

The goods will be sent within 1 to 3 days. 

All prianichek.e brand clothes are made in Ukraine at our own production. Before sewing, all fabrics are checked for quality and then sent to tailoring.
